And it looks like we will get basically Alchemist AF gear for Halloween.Korean players now seem to have access to level 80 DoH/L AF sets as lvl1, All Classes gear, too, on top of the level 70 ones they had previously

It’s a good thing not to answer your enemies. I scarcely ever do. Perhaps Emily is more like me than I am like myself. Perhaps she would rather not answer her friends, even. She keeps it all in her heart.
Y'know we could have had this already when they gave the dyeable AF lv1 from Ishgard Restoration if they made them all classes... just saying Square!
Still gonna get it because perfect SCH/SGE glam but still jfc.
I'm tired of being told to wait for post-patches and expansions for fixes and increased healing requirements that are never coming. Healers are not fun in all forms of content like all jobs should be, they're replaced by tanks and dps due to low healing requirements and their dps kit is small for 0 reason, when in the past we had more options and handled things just fine. I refuse to play healer in roulette come DT. I refuse to heal EXs, I refuse to go into Savage, and I am boycotting Ultimate.

I'm envious. Why don't we have this? :cKorean players now seem to have access to level 80 DoH/L AF sets as lvl1, All Classes gear, too, on top of the level 70 ones they had previously
Professional lurker.
Yeah I agree. Though I think it's kinda shitty to have to buy them with real money (on top of leveling the respective DoH/L), there's no reason we shouldn't have the option also...
The South Korean version is run by a seperate company though - also, it's probably a concession to Korean players who are stuck on their own independent servers seperate from the rest of the world accesed throug time-metered internet connections and so they don't have the same time as international players to spend levelling such classes to be able to wear the gear normally.
At least, that's my understanding.
Thing is they do still have to level the Job first! That's what I was able to glean running the site through translation apps, at least?
I agree 100% with OP. I can already tank in a bikini so immersion really isn't an excuse.
We need this more than ever now that nearly every dedicated Glamour set consists of a unique chest piece (if even that) and gloves, pants and shoes that are indistinguishable from existing ones... like, at least try?
