All four tanks are iconically different, with only 2 kinda being your traditional full plate guys. Paladin is your "White Knight" and Dark Knight is your typical "Black Knight". Warrior is more of a barbarian with fur, leather and bone with a few bits of rough iron. Gunbreaker is your outlaw/biker with mostly leather. Dragoon wears plate but is more agile and spiky. Reaper is all black cloaks and crap. There is no set the looks like all 6 of those.

The concept of job identity doesn't exist outside of weapon and artifact gear. I've said it before; armor should lose its jobs when placed in the Glamour Dresser or Armoire.
I always give an honorable mention to the Edengate set where Striking got to share models with... the Healing robes. Like, what?! (And ironically the strinking set dyes better)
