Do you subscibe, or use game time cards? If you sub, your next payment will just come out later. I think.

I sub, and it says the estimate for me is the 13th, my normal billing date. But I would have gotten the free time for the endwalker release busy-ness. so, yeah, I am back on cycle, 2 weeks in December, and 2 weeks now.

I do need to reconcile it, to be 100%, check if one of the december/january payments was skipped. If so, then it's been granted to me.

If you have previously earned game time from another such occasion (leveling to 30 on a new server), you cannot earn game time again; it's strictly once per service account. I don't think there's a delay (at least, there wasn't when I did it years ago) so that could likely be the reason you haven't gained extra days.

Actually, no. The one time 15 days game time bonus can be earned by creating a new character on a Preferred or New world.

The one million gil bonus can only be earned by creating a new character on a New world.

If the OP created a character on a preferred world in the past, they won't get the free game time because it's once per account.
