OCE Server 15 days Game Time Query

So I just dinged 30 on Sephirot last night, got the 1 mil gil right away.

But I don't seem to have gotten the 15 days free game time, is there any way to check or track this? Also, is there a known delay or something that might preclude me from being eligible?

If you have previously earned game time from another such occasion (leveling to 30 on a new server), you cannot earn game time again; it's strictly once per service account. I don't think there's a delay (at least, there wasn't when I did it years ago) so that could likely be the reason you haven't gained extra days.

Do you subscibe, or use game time cards? If you sub, your next payment will just come out later. I think.

I sub, and it says the estimate for me is the 13th, my normal billing date. But I would have gotten the free time for the endwalker release busy-ness. so, yeah, I am back on cycle, 2 weeks in December, and 2 weeks now.

I do need to reconcile it, to be 100%, check if one of the december/january payments was skipped. If so, then it's been granted to me.

It doesn't go hand in hand unfortunately, as per this slightly more hidden page compared to their recent Oceania posts:

Bonuses for characters created during bonus period that attain level 30 in any class

Gift of 1,000,000 gil (*1)
Gift of 15 days of free play time (*2)

*1 Limited to once per data center region on a single service account.
*2 Limited to once per service account when creating a new character on either a New World or Preferred World.

Those who took advantage of this when new European worlds were introduced in 2019 (or any other time it was available) can get 1mil again from doing the same on an Oceania world but not the game time.

as far as I know, I've never rolled a character on a new world when bonuses were happening. I guess I'll just have to see what happens when my sub is up for renewal in 3 days.

Was hoping there was some method to track it, but it seems not

Just got an email, a few minutes ago saying

Thank you for using the FINAL FANTASY XIV Mog Station.
This e-mail has been sent to inform you that additional game time has been added to the following service account after the first character on the service account reached level 30:

Service Account Name: <redacted>
Additional play time granted: 15
Date added: 01/31/2022

So it's about 5 days? Or maybe done on the last of the month.

Not sure what the 31st month is? Hmmm. trigintaunus-er maybe.

Actually, no. The one time 15 days game time bonus can be earned by creating a new character on a Preferred or New world.

The one million gil bonus can only be earned by creating a new character on a New world.

If the OP created a character on a preferred world in the past, they won't get the free game time because it's once per account.
