All Saint's Wake events/missions?

IS there an NPC or vendor someplace where i pick up content for this event? Are there missions....new to game, so sorry for the dumb questions....

Only lvl 21 Lancer and just began the mission where I visit the other starting cities, just didn't know if I was missing out on activities and goodies....or If I too low a level to participate yet.

You need to have completed the first dungeon (and turned in the quest for it) before you can do the seasonal events. You're fairly close though. If you're visiting the other cities now the first dungeon is soon after that.

At that point, the event itself starts in the amphitheater in Gridania.

Just for posterity, when you click on an event displayed on the launcher, a Lodestone web page will open with quite specific information on where to start, what quests are involved, and what rewards you will get for completing the event.
