Fatal DirectX Error (11000002) cont.

Hi, Been having this issue ever since I got my new pc back in November 2021 - completely new build with an AMD gpu which seems to have the trend of this error when comparing it with other players builds, this is my second post about this topic since my other one got swept under the carpet after the first reply from support. I know the fix for this error is unknown and specific to the PC / build but was wondering if someone could give me some suggestions.. I've tried almost every fix I could find under this topic including:
- Downclocking gpu
- disabling fullscreen optimization on both ff14 / ff14.dx11
- Reinstalling both the game / windows fresh
- DDU drivers and reinstalling current ones
-Updating BIOS
- Tweaking with ingame settings
- Capping FPS to 144 in game
- Disabling audio enhancements in sound settings
- Running sfc /scannow in command prompt
-Increasing fan speed to keep GPU cool
- Unseating gpu and reseating
-Checked ram for problems, non found
-Moved usb slots around for mouse / keyboard
-Disabling all overlays - discord, steam, xbox gamebar
- And more.

It happens out of the blue and is very unpredictable, I can play for 30+ hrs and have no crash and then it can happen twice in one day. I've noticed it happening a lot more when I afk at either my FC house or in town, although being around a lot of people doesn't seem to have an effect. use pcie 3.0 instead of 4.0 (remove any risers)
test alternate memory / jdec timings (memory tests can only find bad cells that bitflip immediately, they can't find transient faults due to electron leakage and it might take weeks of memtest x86 to trigger it, you can also be 'sealing' the electrons by memtesting and find that stopping and starting the test again causes immediate failure when running hot.)

Thank you for the suggestions, I turned on PCIE 3 instead of auto in the bios.. thats one thing I didn't try. I also reseated my RAM lastnight and will try running memtest86 over the next week. This GPU did have some problems the first couple months I had it including artifacts shown here : https://imgur.com/a/B4cA85q The first image is of ff14 crashing with the same error described in my original post only this has happened twice, where as the error has popped up several times, the second image show is discord pictures after that specific crash happened so I know its not tied only to ff. I have been in contact with amd support and they dont seem to think its a gpu issue but a driver issue but im not totally sure, I would like to rma the gpu but they seem to be pretty resistant on that front. Anyways thank you for responding and I will be trying the fixes you suggested.

either the Math computed by the gpu's array of shaders is producing invalid data due to corruption of either the video memory state or unstable core voltage, or the bus is letting through uncorrected data in that picture
Ryzen has been notorious for the latter with the results tending to be stability problems but garbaged visuals have been heard of too.

Oh okay, im pretty bad when it comes to computer stuff as this is my second PC ive built in the last 10 years so I don't really have that much knowledge on the subject of details pertaining to parts.. I appreciate your insight on the matter. If the memtest86 don't show anything over a few tries what do you recommend I do ? Still no crash since I posted this and I did change amd settings to default / set PCIE to 3 like you suggested... I guess the next thing after that would be rma the gpu ? not too sure if the cpu is also to blame here but it might be the problem I just have no clue, which makes this pretty frustrating lol- Anyways thanks a lot for responding.

Keep testing with the pcie set to gen 3, if no further crashes then it was just bus data errors, rma'ing the cpu could resolve that, but the current range of 16x GPU's don't need more than 3.0

yeah worked fine since I switched it but just ran into it again today during p3s... guess it's something else rather then the pcie. I guess the next step would be to test me memory with memtest86 ?

did a memtest overnight, had 0 errors 100% pass, im convinced at this point its either the GPU / drivers causing the error but not 100% sure... will continue to try with ram set to stock speed of 2666 / cpu set to default rather then auto and do multiple memtest over the next few nights.
