    The Expert roulette design is extremely bad

    Not sure how many others feel this way but Endwalker had by my count 8 dungeons. When I look at the Expert Roulette no matter the expansion it is the same 3 dungeons recycled over and over and over.

    I find this to be a horrible use of developer resources and time. What is the logical reason for not having all 8 dungeons in the expert queue?

    Do you know what an expert dungeon is?

    Ofc it will be 3 dungeons, because only those 3 are the level 90 ones (duh).

    When .1 releases, the expert dungeons may change to another one, and the same will appply for .2/3/4/5 content.

    There's a *lot* of problems with the dungeons in this game.

    Not making people do leveling dungeons for endgame isn't one of them.

    Then stop begging tanks to queue. Not a fan of FF14 devs copying much from WoW but this is one area of the MMO that has some serious weakness to it. What is the actual point of developing these instances during an expansion if you see them at most once every few years?

    It just seems like a pointless waste of resources that is easy to fix with a change to the gear they reward or lvl the mobs scale up too. Noone really cares much about the gear but I would like to see it switched up.

    lol waste of resources, well you did sort of hit the head there. That's why they only make one additional expert dungeon in subsequent major patches instead of two. They use the resources to work on other endgame content in the game such as Bozja.

    Leveling roulette covers all leveling dungeons in the game, you just get a choice if you want XP or daily tomes bonus from it.

    honestly wouldn't mind scaled up leveling dungeons in the 90 roulette tbh, anything is better than having 2 dungeons as a whole for the roulette which will happen after 6.2 like it did for 5.2 in SHB

    And this is a reach even by super-hyperbole standard. New max level dungeon will carry on for at least 2 patch cycles, no way you gonna be doing them at most once. In fact, it's because they are probably the most often done dungeon that the dev chop them out every 2 patch to reduce the redundancy. I for sure don't want to do Deadend ever again in 6.3 or 6.5

    Because Expert roulette will always be the recent max lvl dungeons. Before EW launched it was Pagl'than and Matoya's Relict for a while, and before that it was Heroes' Gauntlet and Matoya's Relict.

    The Expert dungeons are level capped. They should not be mixed with lower leveled dungeons. Level sync isn't really fun, so we need a clear divide between endgame and leveling. That said scaled up dungeons sound interesting, but I'm not sure if they should be in Expert roulette. Roulettes are great for filling queues but randomizing content assumes they're all interchangeable, when in my opinion they are not. I prefer some dungeons to others and I don't want to have to rely purely on luck to run the content I like. We don't have many options for Expert currently, but I think the little that we have is actually a fun set of dungeons.
