Character frozen in loading screen

Hi guys just having a problem I disconnected just after completing Alexander fist of the father just as the cut scene was loading. My main chara now won't load and is stuck just loading or disconnecting me. I can play with other characters on the same server and other servers has anyone found a solution for this?.

We apologize for this issue. Please note, if the error lies with just this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this folder so you can have a copy of the in-game settings should you wish to use them again.

Thanks for that, I was successfully able to log on with my second pc and move the character and that seemed to have also fixed the problem.
