Summoner - Level 90 Carbuncle Options

…This would probably be low on the priority list for developers, but I read some messages about the big primal summons available at level 90 sadly not having carbuncle glamour options and that has me really wanting giant carbuncle glamour options now. There have to be more than just a few people who would want this; does anyone else here think that would be super rad and amusing? Bonus points if they make cute squeaks or do a little wiggle while attacking.

While they are working on it.. a option to hide SMN pet's, DRK Living Shadow, MCH Queen for other players helps greatly.. or include it in "hide other player's graphic effects" option. There is no reason to visually observe a pet / summon if it is not belongs to you, it is obscuring mechanics.

At this point may as well delete carbuncle since only 2 abilities tied to it. And said abilities, one being a buff and the other a shield, are a pain to manage because carbuncle keep going away every time you summon limiting your options, especially the shield ability.

I think they’re asking for Carbuncle options for the 90 summons. IE Ifrit 2, Titan 2, Garuda 2

Before someone says this, don’t work under the /petglamour command. Trying it with /petglamour “Ruby-Ifrit” “Ruby Carbuncle”, the proper command, doesn’t work. You can swap out Ruby-Ifrit with Emerald-Garuda and Topaz-Titan respectively and Ruby Carbuncle with any Egi or Carbuncle in the second one and it still won’t work. They only work with the /petsize command like Pheonix and Bahamut do. I know many people like this, but there’s many who were excited for summoner the way it works now with the glamour options of the ones from previous expansions. Myself included. And the fact that they work up until level 90 when the summons change models and potencies (I feel like those are the only changes feel free to correct me) is literally locking summoners out of a feature many enjoy for every level below 90.

Enjoy what you want, but I also believe having options for this kind of stuff is helpful for people to express themselves as much as outfit glamour and class choice if your choice of class is based on looks, animations, and aesthetic of gear and/or animations.

Some kind of an auto-attack for the carbuncle, even if it’s a tiny amount of damage, would be also nice to see, yeah.
