Since coming to work on FFXIV, the current team has been working in the shadow of 1.x. Now, finally, the story begun in 1.0 has concluded and you're free to start your own, brand new story. How does it feel? Liberating, or maybe a little daunting? Are you excited? Or because the world's lore is still the same, does it not seem like a big difference?

If we're going to new places and considering that the Garleans and Allagans reach was limited, what sort of new threats would you like to see us facing?

The issues Endwalker confronts are universal, but did Soken’s struggle with cancer and Yoshi P’s love for his best friend have any influence on the themes, questions, and concerns Ms Ishikawa & writers brought to Endwalker’s story?

Life is tempered by suffering, despair and grief, so these are things everyone eventually has to come to terms with, but I wondered if they wrestled with/asked themselves any of the questions posed in the story or if they learned or reconciled anything about themselves regarding despair and grief they wanted to share through the development of Endwalker. I'd heard that the team got together to discuss the themes of Endwalker and wondered if they could share any specific examples of personal contributions they might have made.

How do you consider if an iteration of a job, or a rework of a job, has been successful? How do you determine if a job needs to be adjusted or reworked?

Two words were mentioned in different interviews to be thematically meaningful for Endwalker: The color "platinum" and "despair".

Meteion, in her nihilistic/despaired form, is turning her appearence into black/gray shades and platinum colored eyes. And when we see someone in despair transforming into a blasphemy, they are enshrouded in dynamis, which is, due to the emotional state of despair, turning platinum; which does not have to be its default color (through the Elpis flower, we know, that dynamis can have any color, due to its resonance with any emotion), so can specifically be the color of despair.

So, my question is: Did you indeed tease the same theme of Endwalker in mentioned interviews, because platinum = despair and, wether or not, can you already hint a next theme or color for the future that is to come?

I'd love to see a detailed explanation of how the housing market will work in 6.1, particularly clarification around which properties will be sold by lottery and which will be sold by timer (today's method).

Will there be any changes, reworks, or any further adjustments to help Dark Knight be better in dungeons?

In the future will they add the options for during character creation you can select hair color/racial features of the same race but different faces across all faces/races? Example: As a "Lost" Hrothgar I am unable to dye my main fur pink but I could if I was a "Helion." Or I would like the Ronso Horn on the more "lion" faced Hrothgar.
