First and foremost I want to thank you for your great efforts. My actual question is in regards to previous expansions content, particularly ARR's. To ellaborate: as it is usually said: potency creep and ability prunning have, up to a degree, hurt the experience of those segments of the game. Potency creep means the combats are done with extreme ease and speed (no one gets to see the ultima spell anymore, for example) and ability prunning means that you get a fairly slow experience in the game, as the rotations are by and large backloaded to higher levels.
With that, I want to ask: have you considered further leveraging the potency traits and ability upgrades? as in, those traits that increase the potency of specific and pre-existing skills at a certain level. So, to give an example: put at levels 50, 60, 70 and 80, potency traits that give your rotations the same potency they had back during the 2.55, 3.55, 4.55 and 5.55 patches. And by making further use the ability upgrade system, much like the masterful blitz having a version at level 60 and another at 80-90 or machinist having a complete rotation by 50, you could have more involved rotations at levels 30 to 60, which would greatly improve the early game experience.

In the Crystal Tower story, people noticed some morse code saying "it's all wrong".
Was that always planned to be a signal from Meteion/Amon/Hermes, or did you have another idea initially?
How has FFXIV's trajectory felt to you and the team? I know everyone talks about 1.0 to now but it does look like a miracle! I hope you all know how proud we are.
Thank you for adding Reaper as a job that draws on darker powers. Would you be open in the future to considering a caster along these lines, like a void mage or necromancer, or even a time mage which uses darkness? The spell in waiting mechanic Gaia uses for example looked like it could be very interesting modelled for a playable job.

Yoshida said we should get 2 Ultimates per expansion. Does this include Dragonsong War that was delayed?
Viera & Hrothgar as Squadron recruits.
At this point we have the choice to make Viera and Hrothgar as our retainers.
Is there any plans to update the recruits to include the new races?

We know that 6.0 was the conclusion of the Hydaelyn and Zodiark arc but will we still continue to see more content related to the Ancients and Ascians in the future beyond Pandaemonium? Such as learning more about Azem and the other sundered Ascians?

Is there a plan to implement more veteran rewards in the foreseeable future? My own personal days subscribed are hitting 1000 with the final reward sitting at 330.
Can you detail your plans for character customisation and graphics engine upgrades now that a new chapter is beginning in the game, given your ambition for it to last another 10 years?
