Some unlockable hairstyles were made usable by Viera characters in 6.0, are other older hairstyles being considered to get adapted for Viera in the future?

With the upcoming new login changes being enforced on Steam users in March. When will we be given the option to migrate STEAM accounts to regular Windows for those of us who want to opt out of STEAM restrictions and have been wanting to get off steam for years.

Will you be doing more with free companies for now we can obtain 15 actions but only activate two at a time. Will we be able to rwacj a higher rank than 30 as well as get more compartment spaces in Free company chests?
There just seems like there was supposed to be more to Free Companies but there isn't.

Will there be any upgrades to the Performance System, or include Orchestrion Rolls?
-Many players utilize pre-plotted MIDI charts to fluidly recreate the phrasing of real instruments, but it can feel like a bit of a cheat for people trying to actually gain the skill of playing in-game. It can be very disheartening for players to be unable to perform something they know in real life while others draw crowds for obviously pressing the "play button."
Rather than curtailing the ability of the players who choose to use pre-plotted MIDI charts, it would be nice for their use to not be a requirement in order to sound even close to as good.

-It could also incorporate Orchestrion Rolls, with the ability for the tutorial to play a
song they have collected the Roll for. The charting needed to do the tutorial part
wouldn't be too hard to create, and the hope of learning the song may drive more
players towards the activities required to gain Rolls.

Some general ideas/examples:
>3-4 voices for making chords, or separate single-voice setting and chords setting for instruments.
>Quick-switch macros/controls for Octave Shifts and guitar tone-switching(such as a way to make an octave-shifted note become a macro target).
>Expansions to tutorial/practice ability(hearing an example full-speed, piano key overlays to function like tablature)
>Updates to MIDI controller/MIDI Piano connectivity.
>Incorporation of MIDI 2.0 for future-proofing.

Was there ever any plan to address the red Ascian masks that Gaius carries, or were they just for flavour? Some assumed that one of the masks was Fandaniel's, due to the shape - were they ever intended to be recognisable to specific Ascians?

Viera and headgear:

Viera can use some helmets like the hoods from the YoRHa sets or the ones from Babil Tower. It appear that they are able to do so because those items won't show any hair at all.

If that is the reason, would be possible for more items that behave like that to be unlocked like for example, the Rain Hood?

Gameplay functionality:

There is any chance of implementing a mouse-over function to the party list UI without relying on macros?

It's insanely difficult to play Astrologian and keep up the global cooldown rolling when I have to constantly cycle the target through the boss, the tank and the party members I have to use a card on.

Wondering if you would ever consider releasing longer hairstyles that NPCs already have, such as the Venat hair, or Ysayle hair? Nobody would mind the clipping too much.

Why aren't soul crystals required to queue with the duty finder after the appropriate level? It's a severe detriment to the entire group if one or more members are fighting as classes instead of jobs.

We have so many new housing items and so few housing slots if we could get the items for the yards upped by 10 for each size and the items, we can place inside the house upped by 50 that would be amazing!

Also...can you add an insert to block off the space under the staircases?
