Will you consider in the future creating dev tools for FFXIV players that allow us to create custom dungeons or trials?

Are you going to address the toxicity for hunts? This has been a growing problem over the years. Some toxicity in other part of the game that can turn players away of the activity have been address like taking out text chat in the feast and making firmament home world only. But hunts have remained the same and adding a new mount every expansion can make it worse. Also reporting the players doesn't works because 100 - 200 players reporting the same player the GM is going to take the first report and it might not be the most detailed report compare to the 20th report

Will there be any new character customization options for Hrothgar and Viera coming soon? The races feel as if they were somewhat forgotten by the dev team, Hrothgar mostly as they need to buy a fantasia on the Mog Station to even change their hairstyle. Character customization is really important to many of us who play RPGs and being so restricted in this way feels very dated in this age of gaming.

Are there any plans within the 6.X content cycle for adding harder 4 player content? Like Savage/Ultimate dungeons or such.

Are there any plans to allow skills to remain available when level synced? This is a complex matter which keeps gameplay fair at lower levels, but this discourages many people from queuing for roulettes due to many jobs being very boring to play under 50, and some not feeling "complete" until 80 or even 90.

Will there be any additional items added to the Free Company points list at the Grand Company your Free Company is listed under. Currently my Free Company has about 95 million points and almost nothing to use them on. You have the original items at the Grand Company, Workshop items for airship/submarines and also in the housing areas. I just feel like we could get more expensive items. Possibly maybe a game or event to engage in FC events.

Is there any possibility when someone in a Free Company chat talks that is a leader. Can this person be marked in chat by a star or "leader" next to their name. New members or some returning members ask if "someone" could help. They could yes open up the Free Company menu and look at the rank list but only tells you a number. Which then they will have to scroll through a Free Company member list of online/offline members to find the leader/officer rank.

Since spell speed and skill speed are very similar to each other. Has there ever been an idea of just fusing both of the stats into one stat.

Long time ff player and love the stories and mini stories so far in ff14. Would like to ask if its possible in future expansions to have extra optional quests that are more for players who enjoy the story. Example in endwalker I wish I could have seen more of the events in Garlemald before the city was destroyed (like maybe seeing it through the echo as another npc?)

Or seeing what emet selch went through to make his character change from when he was pre sundered to what his attitude was in shb
