I would, personally, also like to see an "owned" filter. I collect the minions and have already gotten more than I can keep straight so I don't accidentally buy them again from the market.
Ideally I would suggest one per class, and a couple extras for things like swim wear, "civilian" outfits, night wear.
Related, glamour storage is still restrictively small. Perhaps a system more like Guild Wars 2 uses might be more functional, though I realize that it would be a fair bit of work (understatement, I know) to swap that out at this point.
I could also ask about functional beds in apartments and private rooms in guild houses.Is there any plans to give us more slots for furniture placement?
The cap is so low for fully decorated interiors, and exterior gardens also. It's so bad that most experienced decorators would rather cut off rooms because else the items are spread too thin and the house looks empty. Gardens are even worse and it really limits creativity..
White mage does get the unicorn mount. So only really need the other three. DPS mounts would be cool too.Role-earned Mount Rewards for HEALERS
With the still-ongoing lack of healers in current relevant content, would it be possible to see more "role-achievements" mounts added for the healer jobs as there are for tanks (like the battle lion/panther/bear/sabertooth ones)?
There has not been a single healer-earned mount in the game since the lv30 conjurer unicorn in 2.0... nor even a single "butterfly" mount for that matter!
As a bonus, here are some personal thoughts on what each mount could be :
- WHM : Kuribu (or other Amdapori Winged Golem)
- SCH : Moth/Butterfly (either Achamoth-type moth model or Petalodus-like butterfly model)
- AST : a seat mount in the style of the Bomb Palanquin, astrology-themed
- SGE : a mechanical, horse-like construct in the style of the Garo horse mounts
All for this. As an aside in a related/unrelated note, there are minions and mounts in raids and dungeons that are difficult to get for multiple reasons. Lack of people running makes it hard to farm sometimes. Could we get alternative ways to earn them?
I'd like a Kelpie mount too, the aquatic horse from The Drowned City of Skalla dungeon. And a missed opportunity, the Flight Unit from the NieR:Automata crossover. The latter of which I have heard MANY people say they want while running the raid.

I recall an earlier statement they made about including all classes from 11 in 14. And something regarding needing to end the Hydaelyn vs. Zodiarks storyline before doing some extra class stuff. Tinfoil hat warning, Blue Mage might get a rework into a full class and limited jobs might not happen anymore. I believe YoshiP said he regretted how Blue Mage was released. My only question if they do that is....what will they do with the Masked Carnival. I'm not a fan of it myself, very gimmicky in my opinion, I like the elemental weaknesses they use but I would have preferred that to be a game-wide thing, which wouldn't work with the way classes work with rotations, particularly BLM which primarily alternates between fire and ice in their general rotation.Blue Mage was the first Limited Job released around the tail end of Stormblood. Now, several years later, it’s nearing the point where it could potentially end up at the real level cap if update cadence does not change and it continues to be the only limited job. Additionally, the New World is very much a possible zone we will be visiting in the near future and has large ties to Blue Mage lore.
My question has two parts: What are the plans for Blue Mage moving forward and when can we expect to see another limited job?
I am personally hoping (potentially against hope) that they'll change their minds. I, and many others, want ot see a playable canine race. Perhaps the Varg from 5 or 6.With the very firm position that there will not be any more new races added to the game after female hrothgar, will you be considering adding more customization options for the races we already have?
Common examples of things players have been asking for is different facial/body features, wrinkles and other signs of aged characters, scale shapes and colors for au ra, half-elezen characteristics and so on.

The engine has been holding FFXIV back in terms of UX Design for a number of years. The devs have done an amazing job but a new engine is required to support FFXIV for another 10 years, is this something being considered within the team?
Some of the things I think are currently restricted by engine:
- Storing / Selling items requires excessive use of sub menus, other games allow you to hold ctrl or shift and click items to rapidly move items.
- Glamour Chest / Armoire is out performed by competing MMO solutions for storage of appearances.
- Retainer Storage is very slow to navigate, especially if you have multiple retainers and no organisational skills.
- Mount and Minion menus are out dated.
- Repair / Extract Materia / Cast Glamour / Meld Materia all use sub menus to navigate the various locations an item might be stored.
- Recent use of "Collection" to get around limitations emphasis the UX issues the engine presents.
Would love a massive "quality of life" patch.
