Home World Transfer Support Form not updated.

I had applied to a Home World Transfer to the new OCE datacenter, Sophia server, but encountered an error due to my own mistake. (I had not accessed the Materia datacenter beforehand, and also logged out in an inn room, which presumably counts as an instance.) The email I received told me to try again via the Home World Transfer Support Form, once I made my character eligible for transfer.

However, the new OCE datacenter worlds are not listed as Destination Worlds on that form.



Therefore the Support Form cannot actually be used to try transferring again, and I have to wait the 72 hours before I can submit another transfer application.

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. However, we advise contacting a Game Master in game using the /supportdesk command as they should be able to assist further. This thread will be moved over to 'Separate Support Required'.
