I really enjoyed the side quests in Endwalker and I’d really love to be able to replay them in NG+, especially since most of the dialogue from them is just text. Perhaps the side quests for a particular MSQ phase can be reopened with its NG+?

I personally would be all for a system to repeat side quests and various other quests (like relic quests).
It was entirely my fault, but I wanted to clear out a bunch of icons in a lot of major cities and subsequently skipped through pretty much every side quest my main character has completed. Now that I’ve actually sat down and engaged with side quests more in Endwalker, I’d love a way to go back and redo any side quests I may have missed or skipped.
Again, my situation is entirely my fault and I own that. But it doesn’t stop me hoping! Have an idea for a cool alt character that could do that instead.
I would also like to do/re-do old seasonal events. It's fine that they don't give rewards, missing the storys is what hurts.
At the very least for those, there are typically people that record their playthrough on Youtube. I typically don't have much time to play, so whenever seasonal events are active, I'll typically skip through the story to get it done and get the rewards then just watch a playthrough while I'm cooking or doing other chores.
As long as they don't grant exp, I'm fine with it.
Even if they did grant xp, it's not like MSQ quests; Sidequests are always a fairly crappy way of leveling, even whenever skipping text. ALL of the sidequests in EW are enough to get a single job to 87 I think I read (maybe 86.5). Running through Bozja would be a quicker way of leveling if people were worried about leveling. Or dungeons, or...., or....., or..... There's no reason to not grant xp on replays of them really.
