Can Healer LB2 raise everyone with weakness?

Imagine we would get a glam like system for LB1s. :O

Guild Wars 2 had that for PvP, you had to finish a 'downed' enemy to prevent him from ressurecting and it had tons of different cool finishing animations. Would be a good reward for the Ranked Mode too as itemrewards will be removed from it.
They already did Ungarmax limit break for the squadron, they could expand on that.
