Strange body proportions on Omega-M Attire

Something seems to have gone wrong when resizing the Omega-M Attire body piece for various races.

    Date & Time: any
    Frequency: always
    World name: any
    Character name: any
    Retainer name: n/a
    NPC name: n/a
    Monster name: n/a
    Class/Level: n/a
    Party or solo: n/a
    In-game time: n/a
    Area and coordinates: n/a
    Housing: n/a

    Steps:
    1. Look at someone wearing the Omega-M Attire.

The various character models all look "squeezed thin" and their body shape warped and unnatural-looking to varying degrees.

Pictures of the various races (found on Twitter):

    Elezen:

    Viera:

    Miqo'te:

Direct comparisons of normal body shape and with the Omega-M attire equipped, and the two pictures superimposed:

    * note that this is not a complete list, just some examples. It likely affects all character models.

If I may speculate as to what has gone wrong, Omega-M seems to be either built from or similarly proportioned to an Elezen model to begin with - itself a "stretched" version of the basic human model that most of the races are derived from - so hypothetically if the original Omega-M boss model was handled as if it were a basic human model rather than an already modified one, it might have been scaled down to human size (already an uncanny result, as in the Miqo'te picture above) and then stretched out a second time by the usual process followed to convert human into Elezen proportions.

I think that could account for how thin the resulting models are, but I'm not certain.

Or possibly the boss model is just being scaled directly into the character models.

Editing to add that the vibe from player discussion seems to be that naturally thinner races look too thin but the bulkier ones like Roegadyn look better in it, so you may want to take that into consideration when deciding whether the individual models need fixing.
