It doesn't look good by itself, it's positioned awkwardly so that it clips into stowed SAM and MNK arms, and it makes no sense that either of them would even want to carry this specific kind of weapon as a fallback-blade.

It looks out of place and this piece of clothing would be improved by simply removing this unnecessary accessory
