How long before free game time is added?

So for context, I live in Australia, and am overjoyed about the new servers, and will be moving my main there once transfers open. In the meantime, I've made an alt and leveled him to 30, but I'm wondering when my 15 days of game time will actually hit my account? I need to delete this alt to move my main over, due to my Entry subscription, but I don't want to delete the character and lose the bonus.

I'm lost on this the extra time has already been added to the account. It's not per character but account based....

Game time is account based, not character. And it was added already. It was tacked on to current game time, so when your subscription was supposed to charge, it would be charged 15 days later. Again, this was already done (I think early Dec.)

Ok, I'll break it down. The reason I mentioned my new character is because my billing cycle has not changed since hitting level 30, which suggests that my free game time has not been added. I then worry that if I do delete the character, the free game time will not be added to my account. The reason I need to delete the character is because I have an Entry subscription, which only allows for 1 character per world. If I don't delete the new character, I can't transfer my main to the OCE servers, as that World's character slot will still be occupied.

On OCE servers at the moment if you get a character to level 30 you get 1 mil Gil and 15 days game time.

No clue when its added, got a char to 30 this morning and got the gil, but not the game time.

It was already done. I didn’t have to pay the monthly fee this month.

You have to get that character to level 30 then

When requirements for the free play time bonus are met, 15 days of play time will be added to your account upon changing areas or your next log in. In the event the Square Enix Account Management System is under maintenance, another attempt to add play time to your account will be made after twenty four hours. A notification will be sent to the e-mail address registered to your Square Enix account when play time has been successfully added.
