To be fair, the Late Allagan armor exists. While I'm neither for or against OP's suggestion, the implementation of a Sin Eater outfit would likely be more of a bodysuit type of thing:

I have that set myself, but I still feel there is a pretty big difference between a latex catsuit (e.g the Allagan set) and having a costume that is essentially topless. Sure, no nipples are to be seen, but I don't think that's fooling too many people. :x
