Fix how barriers work please

Big oof, no way dude. Double crit barriers would be way OP

This just makes me think that Sages really should have another type of buffing and just let Scholars be the only healing class who applies shields. Because otherwise yeah, if they fix the shields to have them stack one another that would just break the game. I agree that they just need to fix the numerical values between shields to only work allow strong shields to be in effect. Or maybe they could give sages shields to instead sacrifice its effect for a tad more potent heal when paired with a Scholar? Idk there's some ways to work around this so that both classes dont try to outclass each other.
