Lodestone character profile not updating

Steps:
1. I transferred Popomai Lulumai from Odin(Light) to Goblin(Crystal) in April 2018.
2. I learned about the Lodestone today (1/25/22), and went to log in. Popomai's profile contains mostly information that appears to be from 2018 (fewer jobs all at lower levels, less minion/mounts/currency, last in-game achievement April 22, 2018).
3. It appears Popomai's character profile on the Lodestone has not updated at all since the world transfer 4 years ago.
4. Logging the character in and out of the game changes nothing.
5. Using different browers (firefox & microsoft edge) changes nothing.
6. Using different devices (pc, mac & iphone) changes nothing.
7. Using different internet connections (wifi, ethernet, mobile hotspot) changes nothing.
8. Viewing profile when logged out of lodestone changes nothing.
