    disable all of AMD's overlay software.
    disable resizeable bar
    use pcie 3.0 instead of 4.0 (remove any risers)
    test alternate memory / jdec timings (memory tests can only find bad cells that bitflip immediately, they can't find transient faults due to electron leakage and it might take weeks of memtest x86 to trigger it, you can also be 'sealing' the electrons by memtesting and find that stopping and starting the test again causes immediate failure when running hot.)

    Housing wards (particularly those with gardens / unpicked plants) tend to stress the GPU more than most content.
