Quick change to reduce AST Card bloat

Eliminate redraw, eliminate undraw, eliminate range differences and seals/sigils on card buffs since they all do the same thing anyways. Merge normal/minor draw and play into a single buttons. Have sleeve draw automatically draw and play a card on the entire party.

Draw and minor Draw are already part of the gauge in that they show you your results, there is no need for them to be auto timers because then that would put strain on people to actually use them ASAP... which was the entire reason why the timers were removed from them to begin with.
