Please allow us to turn the quest marker on and off with either a configuration or /questmarker.
Or create a different type of marking system. I dunno, make the npc glow or something, anything that isn't so blatant and wowesque.

Please don't make the npc glow...
lool
When you run past an NPC with a quest his/her head appears on the lower right corner of your screen, shouting "HAY ADVENTURAR, HELP ME OUT AT <pos>". If you stay close to him he'll keep spamming the message.
Also every time you complete a quest you hear "WALK FREE, WALK FREE, WALK FREE, BEEELIEEEVE" on the background.
Lol that is pretty funny.

At first I was somewhat against it, but seeing it implemented the ! isn't really all that bad. My only suggestion would be to lowered the radius in which it appears to promote more exploration of cities. As it stands now you can be well outside a building with a quest npc and the icon will appear on the map. You should have to be within the same building as the npc for the quest to appear.
That would be nice. I think have the smaller radius would make it more fun to hunt for.

I totally agree. The ! is just horrible. It should be small radius like IX treasure points.
Now all it does is: "HEY I'M THE IMPORTANT NPC. DON'T BOTHER TALKING TO ANYONE ELSE IN THE ENTIRE CITY!!!!!!!!!!"
