    My game was totally unplayable four days a week because of two nodes, people in the support part of the forum have posted about the nodes too and it's the same nodes causing problems so everyone going through them have the same issue.
    My only solution was to use Mudfish to get around it, which I have to pay extra for...
    The game is buttery smooth for me with Mudfish but I shouldn't have to pay extra on top of the sub just to get to play when I want before I could only play on Tuesdays to Thursday every other day of the week was completely unplayable with severe rubber-banding.

    Edit: And even on Tuesdays to Thursdays I could still get random rubber-banding...
    There's not much we can do individually about it there's a higher chance of solving the issue if SE call them and ask them wtf is going on.
    Especially when it's the same nodes causing a problem.

    two. have you tried the new Oceana server to test what the ping is like there?
    three. I would fully expect some place located within your borders, well within the scope of your ISP to have decent ping. the IP you are going through is through at least 7 countries with varying levels of service etc. I am not sure how much influence SE would have over those ISP's

    ultimately, your best attempt to get your own server would be, post somewhere that things likely have a system for tracking issues, like support forums. a couple people complaining in the general english forum will not get you anywhere, why? its not monitored. Technical Support people do not monitor this forum to check for issues. your best chance for any visibility on this kind of issue is going to be in that kind of venue.
    People have been trying for a long time on the Technical Support forum, all you ever get is the same generic non-answers that don't even engage with the actual problems stuff about anti-virus etc even when people literally post evidence of the actual problem.
