    neolobby09.ffxiv.com (153.254.80.103) is the Materia lobby server.

    I don't know how ping in that website works but I tested it on my PC, I've been playing on ps4 tho.

    It's no more than the ping from the ARRstaus server (which is somewhere in NA) to the various servers. It has zero indication to your own ping.
