Because its not a major balance patch, its a minor adjustment patch to help classes that have participation issues due to low damage. That, or its because healer tears and tank salt sustain the devs.

There is literally 0 reason to pick MCH, it's far below BRD and DNC.

It's "broken" in content that is completely irrelevant. Nothing it's doing now is anything other jobs haven't also been able to do in expansions past.

Absolutely not true, no other class can currently solo p1n. It has been pretty broken since HW and with every sort of balancing they do it still outshines the other tanks in every expansion.

Like ffs, just make it DPS neutral already. Waiting for lillies is punishing enough.

Literally all they had to do was that and buff the MP refund on Assize to 10%.

I don't really care how small it is, it would show that they do know that WHM is in a bad spot.
