    GNB seems like it is in a pretty decent place, so I wasn't surprised to see 0 potency buffs for GNB. SAM though...I was hoping they would get a little something. They did indeed. Also, that Tomahawk buff for WAR is making me scratch my head. Just...why? If anything, WAR needs to be taken down a peg or like, 50.
