As for learning the rotation, it really just comes down to repitition.

Practice it again and again and again until it becomes muscle memory, until you only need to glance at your hotbars to figure out where you are in your rotation

Until you don't even need to think about it because your hands do it automatically and you can concentrate entirely on looking at mechanics.

See, THIS is what I like. Maybe it's because I'm not really a numbers guy, so the OP's picture was overwhelming. But to me, this would be much easier to digest and put into practice, even with a gaming mouse. Anything more is just unnecessary in my opinion. They are free to do as they wish, but I can't help but feel that they are putting in the work for something more complicated than it needs to be.
