    Fail to request to restore discardeded gear [Ticket 19239946]

    Hi support,

    I tried following this article, https://support.na.square-enix.com/f...la=1&kid=68222

    I submitted a ticket in game and the GM replied to me that they cannot locate my discarded gear.

    Let me explain my situation.
    1. I exchanged 825 Allagan Tomestone of Astronomy for "Radiant's Scale Mail of Fending"
    2. I mistakenly equipped "Reverence cuirass"(iLV560) and discarded "Radiant's Scale Mail of Fending" (iLV590).
    In fact, I wanted to equip "Radiant's Scale Mail of Fending"(iLV590) and wanted to discard "Reverence cuirass"(iLV560)
    Please refer to the [22:16] You throw away a suit of Radiant's scale mail of fending

    3. So I submitted a ticket number 19239946 in game
    4. The GM replied to me that:
    "According to our system your Radiant's Scale Mail of Fending has not been discarded and should still be in your inventory", I got this reply twice and I tried to explain with my screen capture.


    So is there anyway I can get my discarded gear back ?
    Why did support provide a poor support.
    How can I dispute and request for a correct support?

    This is no technical problem, i guess you are wrong here. the ingame support needs to deal with that kind of issue.

    Yes, I contacted them again and they still sent me the same message the 2nd time.
    So I am trying to find another support channel and found this forum.
    I am trying my luck here.

    Update: After I insisted on my claim for the 3rd time, the GM said they will start a new investigation.
    And I have not received any response yet.
