If you are still experiencing an issue, could you try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Then, disable everything under this tab and restart the PC. Additionally, please be sure to have the Operating System (Windows 10 not 11) and Internet Explorer most up to date as well. Please note, Windows 11 may not be fully supported for Final Fantasy XIV at this time. Did you begin to experience the issue after installing Windows 11? Have you attempted to run Final Fantasy XIV under DirectX 9?
