Ive tried adjusting my graphics settings to low, and then tried adjusting them to various degrees. Same results every time. Also it only happens on the 2nd boss in the Tower of Babil.

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

We would like to further assist with this issue. Please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.

We look forward to your reply back.

I already stated that the MacOS launcher does not have that feature. On Macs when you select Config from the launcher, the only 2 options you get are 'Backup Tool' and 'Reset System Settings.' It is not the same as PC.

Also it also freezes at the boss Livia the Undeterred, when she is casting Aglaea Climb.

Good afternoon and thank you for the reply,

We apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. Could you try the following trouble shooting:

    - Please be sure the FINAL FANTASY XIV launcher has the proper exceptions for firewalls/anti-virus programs:

    1. Click the Apple Icon at the top left of the screen > System Preferences
    2. Click 'Security & Privacy' > Firewall > Firewall options
    3. Click '+' to add a new application to this list and select the appropriate application

    - Uninstall and reinstall the game
