I renew my sub today but after i clicked pay, mogstation said my payment error and no crysta added. But bank tell me payment is charged. Will i get my money back ?

Hey. You should contact SQEX's support for those questions. This forums are more about technical difficulties with the game like crashes, blues screens etc.

I used to have this problem as well, as advice for future payments: Clearing your browser cache seems to avoid those.
Yes, SE Support is the one you should contact, however they only take action when after 48 hours the Crysta still aren't there. Wait a bit, maybe they come in (took around 32 hours for me once), and after that period, contact Support.
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.
