    No longer have a subscription?

    Hello, I tried logging into my account this morning only to be greeted with a message saying I no longer have a valid license or my subscription has expired. When I log into mogstation I see that I in fact no longer have a subscription which is strange because I have it on auto renewal and my card is still valid/active. When I went to renewal my subscription I was given and error message of 603 or 602. I forgot which one it was. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    They're making changes later in the month, but that shouldn't impact anything at this point.

    Error 601 means that your card has been declined, most likely by your bank.
    Unsure of 602 603.

    I would not try to use the card again for 24 hours or more.
    You can try to buy Crysta via PayPal, PayPal also lets you use a bank account to add funds, but should allow you to use the same card.

    You could buy a GameTime card from the SE store.

    If card fails again, which it probably will if you've had two attempts fail within 24 hours, you should contact your bank and verify why the charge is blocked.
