They were probably salty because you got carried through the fight by simply happening to join the right party at the right time. Your low damage and mechanical consistency is very likely a result of sacrificing your rotation/uptime to focus on mechanics, and if everyone in the party played like you, a clear would likely not be mathematically possible. If you haven't optimized a fight to a degree where you're actually pushing your fair share of damage, you haven't really "learned" the fight imo.

For reference, if you're doing 10% tank damage in P3S, you're something like 600+ dps off of what is widely considered to be the minimum expectation for a Tank in p4s. That's a HUGE gap, and unfairly offloads a lot of strain onto other players to make up the difference.

This is kind of bullshit and what you show is the exact "mentality" these third party programs bring to the game, for instance the 10% ranking doesn't mean "u did so bad to the fight" no, it just means that over "all the people that use ACT and loggers in game , you are in the low 10% of the best tanks LOGGED that cleared it" It is a very biased and skewed / idiotic reference to bring about, it does not mean "lol u so bad" either when you compare your peenus only with the top 8% of players that think they are the best for clearing it, it also still means that you are in the lower rank 10% of "best players logged" that down the fight but are just "logging" their fights, you know plenty of people are downing these fights without using these logs and all these tools right ? No i guess when you are used to these you can't fathom this.

It just serves one purpose that you obviously removed from the quote and is the only elitist /gatekeeping reason these exists.

Long story short! I've transferred Data Centers, changed name, and changed race. Out for a new beginning! Nope! Not with these nutso/weird people who aren't even enjoying the game, whose sole vendetta is to follow me around, do player searches on my ID. Let's follow me to my NEW Data center, let's create similar names and flood the Lodestone, let's join their FC/cause trouble within the FC, let's follow them around in Lodestone daily and generally just prove to the community who you are in real life: A stalker. To be honest, I feel bad for any relationships these psychotic people get with, if they've ever been in a serious one with mutual love and respect. They need professional help. I've written TONs of reports, TONS of data, TONS of proof and SE has not done anything but just watch. SE needs to start making examples of these stalkers. Outside of the game, this behavior isn't tolerated! It's breaking the law here in the United States to stalk/harass someone and you can go to jail. Why aren't my stalkers in jail? Why aren't they experiencing the wrath of Godbert yet? I went to jail for violating the TOS, and it made me a better player. Why haven't they? Oh yeah let's talk about this stupid discrimination and Elitism, today i was kicked from a French Static because i did a bad parse as Main Tank on killing Phoenix savage (9% they said), and then i did a very low parse as a DRK OT on the same fight but still managed to kill the boss anyway. That static was very salty because when training with them we wouldn't even go past the Adds on that fight, and they allow us, after the end of the week final tries / training to do our own attempt at killing the last bosses we can't in static. But they discriminated on me using the final fantasy log website and all it's tools, saying that it was a "bad look" for their progression and overall "rank" in front of everybody else. (despite them feeling like they are in a race, but not even killing p3s after 3 weeks, so, it's very debatable why they did kick me, but they did bringing up parse, bad "ranking" in these websites and all kind of elitist stuff) Funny part being they first recruited me without even announcing they would be that demanding and focused on being "competitive"...

So yeah, people just judge you and even insult you , and be passive agressive to a degree never seen before on more or less underground / hidden types of discord and make you a "bad name" because you parse not so good, even if you have perseverance / are consistant at reaching enrages and then killing the bosses. Funny times.

I'm sorry, it must suck to be rejected when looking for a static to do content in, but nothing that you posted is discrimination. You didn't perform to their standards and they are allowed to pick who is in their static. Least of all when it seems like you were a trial member.

I'm sorry, there shouldn't be to "perform to their standards" and i'll explain why they don't have "standards" (or they made them up the instant i cleared p3s without them after the third day of training in static, they allow you to go yourself clear then after these 3 days ) when they never actually stated they would be that kind of "elitist" and use parses nor fflogs to have a peenls contest with everyone else in the game and feel like they are in some sort of race for something when, i can bring some criticism too, you know, they can't even go past adds on p3S afer week 3, that is something i never said to them, but if i had to do the reverse critique, they were pretty slow at learning P2S mechanics and even slower to learn anything on p3S while i was already going to enrages on the beginning of week 2. I didn't evoke any of this in the party because it's stupid / negative and it doesn't help progress.

And yes, the moment i cleared it they just showed their true face, they just weren't the nice and welcoming persons they were anymore when we were running P1S and P2S. I can understand they had frustrations with P3S for how the static was performing, but it felt like a "release the pressure on someone" moment with all the arsenal and data mining possible just to shit on the fact i cleared it on the "free time" the static allows you to clear it.

Are you telling me I should hold someone accountable for something they say to me that I choose to be offended by? May I ask why should I feel offended? I am one of those free style garbage players that people like to talk about, if someone calls me bad can you please tell me why I should be offended? I have been told to delete the game, stay dead since my presence makes things harder. In many games should I take offense to these statements? Care to explain why I should be offended by words from a random stranger I will never meet?

Let us be real even me as a garbage tier player that bought my clears can keep still keep track of the times I was flamed, but I cannot even tell you how many neutral or positive runs I have had. For the most part those that flame or get flamed are few and far in-between. You know it to be true but since neither side can prove otherwise fair enough. Though logically speaking it is disingenuous to think negative experiences with parsing across the entire player base of say WoW far outweigh the neutral and or positive ones. Even a high ball you are going to tell me with a straight face you had more runs were a parse was used to harass someone verse one where nothing happened or someone was pleasant about it? At that point idk if parsing was the issue.

Let us be fair the comparison stands that is the logic behind people that do not want parsing. It can be used or has been used to cause great harm, so we must bar the tool from being used on a larger scale to cut back on potential harm, but wait people that will misuse the tool are still finding ways to cause harm to others. What or who exactly are they protecting?

I willing to bet money that even Yoshi P uses a parser. Sometimes you have to come to terms with the fact you cannot protect everyone, and trying so really only hurts legitimate users. Console users would greatly benefit from an official parser, and I am also willing to bet the uptick in harassment would stay roughly in lines with the rates of current parsing harassment when scaled to match the increase of users.
