Black Title Screen (Previous Solution Does Not Work)

Once I log in, I get a black title screen. The previously posted solution DOES NOT WORK.

I'm using Windows 10.

There was an old solution on the boards that included IE settings, firewall, etc.

I finally just uninstalled and reinstalled the client, and that seems to have worked.
