    Those one-time-per-account bonuses are not for transferred characters. They are for new characters.

    How many people will roll a trash alt on OCE and get them to level 30 for 15 days free playtime? A tonne!

    Extra thought... A million gil per new level 30... imagine the gold seller spam in a week! Ugh. At least if we lock to regional players, then that is reduced.
