    Paid for 30 sub, but launcher is saying I have no active subscription.

    Hey.

    (Edit: I have contacted Support just waiting for a reply)

    I have the Windows version of the game (not Steam) and I have renewed my sub the way I always do, using my credit/debit card. (Sub ran out yesterday BTW, not on auto renew)

    I have bought the game time through the Mogstation (the correct format), it was confirmed and Square Enix have attempted the £1 test transaction (its showing on my statement), but have not given me my game time.

    I didn't get any error message or problem, and there was a conformation screen saying the my game time would start today 23rd, for 30days (I didn't think to screenshot it as I didn't know I would need to)

    There has never been a delay in taking my payment previously, Ive always been able to play straight away. There is sufficient funds in my bank account to pay. When I go to log in to the launcher it still says I don't have an active sub, and it also says this on the Mogstation as well.

    Has anyone else ever had this? Thank you.

    Mine is acting weirdly too. My active subscription ran out today and I got an error code when it tried to renew, even though I know there's money in my account. I ended up just buying Crysta and paying for my sub that way. Something odd might be happening on their end.

    Well they took Crysta from me for something had more than enough for sub now it says I have 924 and no sub. ?????

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. This issue would be best resolved via the SQUARE ENIX Support Center which you stated you have created a support ticket with them. We advise waiting for a response and you should be able to be properly assisted with this matter. As such, this thread will be moved over to 'Separate Support Required'.
