Area and coordinates: Loch

I think there is a glitch in my Aether current accomplishment for the Stormblood currents in Loch.
I have completed the 4 non-MSQ aether current quests for the area.
1. Rite to rest
2. Its a Zu out there
3. If I were a fish
4. Are they ill tempered
Have all been completed.
I am currently post ShB.

I can see no extra quests pending on the map or my accepted ongoing quest list.
I can see the above four quests completed on my completed part of the journal.
I cannot fly in this area due to this strange glitch I am having.
Please can someone help me?
