Garlean Infantry. Uses the same type of gunblade and style as Gaius, along with temp summoning Magitek Bits in between sword play in order to emulate the firing squad attack used by Emerald Weapon in its golden form.

A whip user sound cools.
Before anyone chiming "Animating whip is a pain", take a look at how SE does dancer's animation. No need to animate the whole weapon when you can just make lashing effects.
I would kill for a Quistis get-up. The blue mage ship already shipped sadly. Given the P4S boss, would be cool to have a little Belmont slayer job type.
Jokes aside. Whip user could be Hunter. Beastmaster isn't happening because the devs want to avoid pet jobs at all costs. Green Mage would have to be unique because it's iterations in Tactics Advance was basically WHM, perhaps a poison DoT user? We could have Elementalist, or Mystic Knight with different elemental imbued swords. Or the dev can make something new. SGE is pretty unique because it's nothing like it's TA counterpart. And RPR is pretty new. No necromancer because CN servers couldn't play it without significant changes and RPR is close enough to death theme to skirt the regulations.
Whip would be nice, it is a dextrous weapon as well so I can see something with that.
I've always wanted SE to consider splitting Rogue into Thief and Ninja like they did with Summoner and Scholar. They could do something like Rikku from FFX and use the mix system to create different attacks in a similar way that Mudras work on Ninja. Ideally, they could have less personal dps than Ninja, but make up for it with strong RDPS buffing/debuffing effects via mix effects. Alchemist has been a decently requested job and this could be a way to work it into the game to be different from the crafter of the same name. Thief is about the only job that comes to mind that could share gear with Ninja and it actually make sense.
Chains. It's gotta be a job that revolves around chains. Chain combat. Like Kratos, but with more style and finesse. After just fighting the first boss of Asphodelos, who uses chains, I think something like that could work.
