The two things I'd want for the job are:

1. Give High Jump two charges so you have even more control over when Life of the Dragon triggers and can actually participate in an encounter's opening burst window properly by triggering it immediately.

2. Give them some kind of survival/self-sustain ability that is not tied to a DPS cooldown. It's the weakest of the melee by a noticeable margin in that regard (With NIN being a runner up due to Shade Shift being strictly worse then everything the other melee/magic DPS have in terms of its mitigation/healing vs. cooldown).
