You should probably re-read Acceleration's description. It literally only works on Verthunder, Veraero, and Impact. And does nothing for Jolt. It also sounds like you are trying to weave it between hardcast and dualcast which is simply an awful idea that clips your GCD and doesn't even do anything - your longcast spell will be instant due to dualcast and Acceleration will be completely ignored.
