Steps:
1. Logged in.
2. Received a notification for a reply to my support ticket.
3. Navigated to Support Desk and opened the reply.
4. Reply is addressed to a player (left unnamed) on Famfrit for an issue unrelated to my own.

I was unsure of where to post this as it's not necessarily a bug and an argument can be made for it being a technical issue. But as it's a reply for another player's bug report, I thought it appropriate to post my issue here.

I'm not entirely sure why or how I received this message but I can assure you that the report in the body of the message has nothing to do with me. If anyone on the development, operations or the Game Master Team (who sent me the reply) would like the full message, I will happily provide it if it will help get this issue forwarded to right people.

I can only assume that there was some mistake with the processing of my 'item restoration' request that lead to me receiving the incorrect reply.
