FFXIV Launcher Error

Unable to download patch files.
[30413][25008][10009]

I'm switching platforms from Steam to downloading directly to my PC.
Wondering if I need to delete Steam to make this work. Paid for a second End Walker and I'm going nuts here not being able to download the game.

Any Insight would be greatly appreciated.
