You are affecting other peoples experiences when you do this and then they have to requeue into it and have to wait however long it takes.

I understand things can happen and you have to leave, sometimes at the very beginning of a duty, but for those that intentionally do it, yeah you know who are, should be some form of actionable punishment.

Luckily my group just pugged it: Me as Reaper(Tank), Dancer, Ninja and Astro. It took us 32 mins to do it from start to finish with cutscenes included so no excuse as to why

So there needs to be change on some level for it whether it be an actual offense or some thing much more milder than that. I'm just looking out for other rather than myself.

Thank you for listening to my TED talk whomever you are!
If for 32 minutes you got 0 replacements for all those people, whoever was the leader didn't look for replacements to begin with. So you're complaining for nothing.

Usually the replacements fll in before the group can even start the instance at all, so fast it is.

In the worst case, once I had a group that was missing a tank and a healer in a period not as many people as now were levelling stuff, and it did take until almost the end of the duty to replace, but with 6 persons it was a much faster and smoother run than usual since everybody actually carried their weight, rather than the usual people spamming a button on autofollow while watching netflix or afking.

There's literally no reason to complain, unless you're one of those who just wants to afk or press just 1 button and let others carry them.

And again, if they don't want people to leave, instead of making the penalties even worse, and it's already very long, they gotta make castrum worth the xp instead of a total waste of time where everybody tries the hardest to play at their worst.
