FPS drop when pulling a mob in a new instance

Basically title, whenever I go to a new instance, be it on the open world, in a dungeon or a raid. the first time I attack a mob my fps drop to like 5 from 140, happened suddenly while playing and went away after a few days, but now I have this issue again.

I don't think this is a new issue, its been occurring since as far back as i can remember with 5.x, i don't remember the same happening with 4.x though.

Do you turn on Occlusion culling?

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

We apologize for the inconvenience with lag/frame drop issues on Final Fantasy XIV. To better assist you, please respond with the following requested information:

    Platform? (Steam/Windows/PS4/PS5/Mac etc.)
Wired or wireless connection? If wireless, have you tried using a wired one for testing?:
    Internet Service Provider:
Region/Location: (your actual region not in game)
Separate Modem and Router or Hybrid?
Are you using a Firewall/Anti-virus solution? If so, which ones?
Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters? Does it happen only in instances or does the issue happen at a specific time frame/day? Please clarify.

Additionally, please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
