Character does not meet the requirements for Home World Transfer

Hello,

I have an issue with the world transfer as in when the 1st time I tried to transfer a character I'd encounter an error as following "

-An unexpected error has occurred.

"

only to be followed with a new error when I tried again with "

Character does not meet the requirements for Home World Transfer

".

I made sure that I'm:
- Not in an FC
- Not in a LS/CWL
- No pending friends
- No house nor apartment
- No wedding invitation or a pending wedding
- No items listed on the marketboard
- No retiners on ventures
- Not logged off on a residential area

Also, i'm not on an Entry sub nor I have characters on the world I'm trying to transfer to.

I've been trying to use a payed service for almost 10 hours now and I'm not able to do so please I need help.

"As announced in the news and when applying for Home World Transfer Service, you will need to have accessed the data center you wish to transfer to at least once. If you are planning to transfer your Home World to a data center you have never visited before, please be sure to access it once beforehand."
