    I like that we don't have to do AoE procs during flourish anymore. I never liked the idea of melee skills on a job that has dmg taxed because of ranged physical label. But they removed part of the GCD rotation with higher potencies with no compensation (I don't count Fan Dance IV and Starfall Dance because they're new abilities from raising the level cap, just like every single job, but dancer lost part of their rotation as well and Starfall has 2 minutes cooldown.)

    As for button gloat, it would be nice if Fan Dance IV and Starfall Dance shared the same keybind/button as their trigger buffs. Not that it matters much because dancer doesn't have that many skills to begin with and the removal of AoE procs, but still a nice QoL change.

    Improvisation is still bad. Fights don't have enough downtime to stack it, even less for the new added regen and barrier, which aren't even needed. Not even worth on a prepull because you're gonna annoy your whole party with long countdowns as you also need 15s for standard step prepull, and then most bosses don't even do raid wide fast enough for it to heal or mitigate anything (and during an AoE you don't have time to stack it and you lose so much dps.) And your regular healer mitigation is enough, even Shield Samba would be a better use there as a dancer.
    I personally would make Fan Dance abilities give some sort of new stacks, which would count for the Improvised Finish stacks to have an extra instant cast (but not use because you have to stack it first) utility ability since it has 2 minutes cooldown, with better potencies.

    Since dancer barely gained anything with the addition of new damage skills due to losing part of its damage rotation and they rely on the job they're partnered with, I'd say buff Standard Finish's effect to 10% at least.

    They didn't just flat out remove abilities from DNC's level 80 rotation, they also nerfed Standard Finish from 1000 to 720 potency and Technical Finish from 1500 to 1080 potency.

    They also did same thing to literally any other physical job, since the way they calculate physical damage is different now. MCH's drill and air anchor were 700p before, now they are 560p. Sam's midare is reduced to 660. Fell cleave is reduced to 460.

    So its not really a nerf, just changed numbers to accompany new formulas.
